Structure

The Foundation is directed by its leadership team with defined areas of responsibility across strategy, impact, communications, operations and partnerships.

Decision-making

Opportunity design, eligibility and review criteria are set collectively and documented before any call opens.

Conflicts of interest

Anyone connected to an applicant withdraws from the relevant review. This applies to staff, advisors and partners alike.

Accountability

Decisions are recorded, conflicts of interest are declared, and oversight sits with the Board rather than with any individual. Governance documentation is published and reviewed annually.
